5.2 Customisation Details

The CLIENT is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personalisation details (e.g., child’s name, character preferences) provided during the ordering process. Errors in submitted information cannot be corrected after confirmation of the order.

ARTICLE 6: ORDER PROCESS

6.1 Placing an Order

Orders are placed via the SITE. The CLIENT selects their desired PRODUCT, customisation options, and completes payment online.

6.2 Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of the order, the CLIENT will receive an email confirmation detailing the selected PRODUCTS and personalisation information.

6.3 Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT

The SITE accepts secure payments via credit cards and other methods as displayed during checkout.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 8: DELIVERY

Due to the customised nature of our PRODUCTS, refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

9.2 Non-Personalised Products

For non-personalised items, the CLIENT may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition.

9.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

ARTICLE 10: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the SITE, including text, images, designs, and graphics, is the exclusive property of the VENDOR.

  • Errors resulting from incorrect personalisation details submitted by the CLIENT.

ARTICLE 13: MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The VENDOR reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of the CLIENT’s purchase.

ARTICLE 14: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
